ECE 3600 no class meeting today (Thursday Sept 29)

I can't make it to class today, so we will postpone discussion of chapter 20 to next Tuesday
when we will also review for the test (which only covers chapters 1-18).

Test #1 is online, nominally next Thursday, but will be available from 8am Wednesday Oct 5
to 8am Saturday Oct 8.  It should only take ~1 hour but there is no time limit.
